ASPECTO FINAL DE EL PORTAFOTOS

En este apartado de mi blog, os presento lo que tanto trabajo y sufrimiento me ha costado, aquí os lo presento mi portafotos terminado creo que me ha quedado bien pero me podía haber quedado mejor aunque estoy contento porque me lo he pasado muy bien y os animo a que un día lo hagáis y veréis lo divertido que es.

PINTADO DEL PORTAFOTOS

Una vez terminado debemos pasar a lo que es para mí la parte mas divertida de la construcción, se trata de pintarlo con una pintura especial para metales, y en la que podemos dibujar una serie de dibujos, figuras ... si queremos que se quede más decorado, aunque en mi caso no lo he hecho.

REMACHADO DEL PORTAFOTOS

Esta es la parte en la que unimos todas las piezas con la remachadora, debemos meter el remache por los agujeros que deberían ir juntos para unirlos, con este proceso obtendremos la figura final que estamos construyendo.

LOS PLIEGUES

Los pliegues sirven fundamentalmente para unir piezas en ellos se situan los remaches sobre los que a través de ellos se uniran las piezas unas con otras.

GRANETEADO DEL PORTAFOTOS

El graneteado de el metalse trata de hacer una serie de agujeros con el granete a través de la cual se introducirán los remaches. Para que ese trabajo resulte bien tienes que tener claro las piezas que hay que unir y hacerle los agujeros justo para que coincidan.

LIJADO DE LA CHAPA

Después de cortar la chapa debemos lijar el metal para alisar los bordes de el metal que al cortarlo se habían afilado, esta tarea puede ser muy peligrosa ya que te puede caer lima de metal en los ojos, además de que una compañera le pasó eso y tuvo que salir rápidamente hacia el hospital, lo cual es conveniente que usemos una gafas protectoras.

CORTE DE LA CHAPA

Después de dibujar en la chapa debemos cortarla, para ello utilizamos unas tijeras muy peligrosas que en un descuido te pueden dar un susto. Para esta tarea no hace falta que utilicemos regla ni nada de eso nada mas que vayamos con paciencia y tranquilidad.

DIBUJO DEL PORTAFOTOS

Podemos observar que estoy dibujando el portafotos en la chapa de metal para su posterior corte, lo cual debe hacerse con reglas ... Como quede el dibujo depende mucho de como quedará el portafotos.
